By accessing or using Referee.Observer (“the service”) at referee.observer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Referee.Observer is a private platform for football match officials. It provides referee appointment tracking, performance analytics, training tools (trivia & tests), fitness monitoring, and an official portal for registered referees.

Access to the official portal requires an invitation or admin approval. Public statistics are available without registration.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the service without permission.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation.
  • Impersonate another person or referee.

5. Intellectual property

All content, data, design, and code on Referee.Observer is owned by or licensed to OK Factory. Referee appointment data is compiled from publicly available sources. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that statistics and appointment data will always be accurate or up to date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OK Factory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
